Returns & Exchanges Policy

At VIUZ, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is here to help.
Returns
- Timeframe: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. Returns showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
- Exclusions:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable in the future) are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You can request a different size or style.

Initiating Returns or Exchanges
If you're ready to initiate a return or exchange:

Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- International Returns: Customers outside of the United States cover their own return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Refunds: Allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Notification: We'll send an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
